The best service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Eric was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with every issue I brought to him. He helped me decide on the best possible car battery for my situation, size a coupler for an air hose and also installed it for me. When I asked if he knew how to depress a motorcycle lift, not only did he offer a solution but took the thing apart and half rebuilt it which ended up working better than when it was first assembled. All of my compliments.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my first—and last—visit to this location. I had called ahead to get parts for an oil change, and the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to set them aside for me. However, once I arrived, I was completely ignored by a bald Caucasian gentleman with a white beard. I stood waiting for quite some time, only to be skipped over while he helped the next customer. When I calmly confronted him and asked why I had been ignored, there was no clear explanation or sense of accountability. The overall atmosphere felt far too laid-back and unprofessional, with staff seemingly comfortable letting customers wait unnecessarily. While there were a few good employees, that one negative interaction was enough to ruin the experience. Unfortunately, one bad apple really does spoil the bunch. I won’t be returning.

My daughter and I rolled in there needing a tail light/brake light replaced. Eric came out and checked out our car and then installed the correct light and was so helpful and nice. This store has great customer service.!!
