I got into an accident where I needed to be taken to the hospital recently and after the accident my vehicle was towed here as I am not from the are and unfamiliar I agreed. I have difficulty walking or getting around after the accident, so I asked my Husband to take me to pick up the personal items left in the vehicle. My husband is a rather Salty old vet who doesn't always come off as well meaning as he truly is, and had attempted to retrieve the items on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday but was told on certain days dispatch calls go through another provider so my husband and children laptops in the vehicle remained there until today when we went to pick it up. My husband, Paul, left a subsequent review of his experience on the property. He took me today to pick up the thing and got out and looked at the vehicle to see it and was immediately scolded by an employee for walking towards a car he worked every day to pay for? He didn't curse, told them he was looking at his car, I gave them my license, they asked his name, and as soon as he gave it, Stated that he wasn't allowed to be on the property?! how exactly should I get here? I didn't know that if my husband leaves a bad review on Friday That he would be unwelcome on Monday?! For a minute I thought we lived in America, a free country... but no, and employee felt slighted in some way and BECAUSE MY HUSBAND POSTED A REVIEW THEY REFUSED TO RELEASE MY PROPERTY AND TRIED TO ASSERT THEIR DOMINANCE OVER MY HUSBAND LIKE A BUNCH OF PISSING DOGS INSTEAD OF PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. They tried to make him wait in the car like a dog but since he wanted to get out and enjoy the air they called the sheriffs who gave us our trespass from the property. If only they had taken their jobs this personally and allowed my husband to retrieve my items in a timely fashion.Instead, they pouted like babies about an online review and their in person antics leave an even worse taste in the mouth! If you are looking for in and out no BS secure vehicle towing and storage, look elsewhere. The Guy at the front desk couldn't even be bothered to have a decent appearance like he's at work. If you don't value your time or property roll the dice with these guys and I'm sure you'll be disappointed!

My car was stolen 12/22/22 and found by highway patrol on 12/23/22 because it had no front tires it was deemed inoperable and towed by neighborhood towing I called them but because of the holidays I couldn’t get it until 12/27/22 which would coast $370 for towing plus $70 dollars a day. $720 at the least. I called 1/25/23 to get the coast to this point and the car was junked on 1/16/23 and I owe over $2,000 which was turned over to a credit agency. After my car was stolen in the first place I had tires in my storage to put on the car but because that was my only vehicle I had to arrange help to get the tires to the tow yard. I know that car running is worth at least $10,000 don’t tell me the tow yard junked it for nothing. I want to see paperwork supporting their claims. If the car was there until 1/16/23 the price would be $2,450 - what the car was worth as scraps at the very least. It had good body parts all of the windows and a good engine don’t tell me they just junked it. Where has it been taken to and get me the supporting paperwork. In a sense my car was stolen twice once by whoever second by the tow yard. Neighborhood towing not a fan.
