Terrible customer service. I arrived and the man who does the smog check left, telling me he would be back in 20 minutes, and left everything open even though it wasn't his break time or anything. I have a question: Is it acceptable that at 1:30 when I arrived and was waiting for the man who was 5 minutes late, he came up to me and said he would be back in 20 minutes because he was going to take care of some personal matters, and then he left the entire business open and made me wait for half an hour? Is that allowed?

This is a great place. Lucky and Miguel went out of their way to help me. It felt like they cared and treated me like family. Also, you won’t find a better deal in town if your car is due for a smog check.
