I want to give a big thank you to Alan at Firestone for the excellent service. He went above and beyond to help me with my tires and oil change. Alan was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood everything and even helped me get a great deal.Customer service like this is rare these days. Alan truly cares about helping customers and making sure their vehicles are safe and well maintained. Booked a last-minute appointment online and was processed right away. Really appreciate how accommodating they were. The team was friendly, efficient, explained everything clearly, and finished quickly with no upselling. Clean shop, comfortable waiting area, and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
