I can't say enough about Edwin's professionalism and fast response rate. I unfortunately had damaged one of my tires on the highway in the early AM and during the week before most tire shops open. As soon as firestone had opened, I was able to connect with Edwin and he squeezed me in for that same day without an appointment. I was able to get back on the road in about 2.5 hours and back to work without a huge delay. Thank you again Edwin

The staff and manager were very helpful .I was very pleased with the service they go out of there way to help the customers. I was so excited to experience it . Unfortunately alot of businesses dont have the great staff and manager like this Firestone in National City .Thank you

Firestone highland location was super helpful to me. They were able to take me in when I had called for an appointment for oil change and they went above and beyond making sure my care was properly cared for. The Manager Ian helped me and addressed all my concerns. And the Gentlemen that helped me with my appointment Nano made sure to work with me on my schedule to get me in at a competitive time. Thanks for your outstanding help and I will be coming back for sure.
