The team here at Quality Auto Repair does a lot more than just repair! They offer all sorts of services including giving expert advice at an UNBEATABLE price. They are husband and wife owned and operated and treated me with respect and grace. I didn't have the money to do all the repairs at once, and it was recommended to me to do one at a time. The owner directed me to used auto parts stores and other services required for my vehicle. Overall, I'd highly recommend this establishment for all of your car care needs. They are honest, fast, and extremely hard working. Payment was simple and easy. If your car needs to run, drive, and look like new- Quality Auto is the place for you. 5 stars. The diagnosis was a reasonable 130$ and took about an hour and was surprisingly thorough. ?

VERY experienced, GREAT value, and EXTREMELY TIMELY SERVICE! Had my car break down on the last day of our road trip from Pennsylvania; we were going to ship the car the same day no later than 4 PM in Long beach. It was Friday, so the shipping company closed until Monday, and we already had tickets back to the East coast that same day. Had a bunch of appointments and had to clean and move out of the east coast house by the next Wednesday so there was about zero wiggle room in needing to ship this car since I’m in the military and we’re moving overseas. Long story short car breaks down at 9 am on that Friday and we’re told they could maybe work on it at 1 pm since they’re rebuilding 2 engines. I get the car towed there and they look at it and it’s a difficult part, but they were kind enough to drop what they were doing and search extensively for the right part. They were able to accommodate my situation and fixed the car by a little after noon. With traffic, I made it to Long beach by 3:30, and was able to make my flight and ship my car. I honestly believe it’s a miracle I brought my car to them and I had virtually no time to spare and would have been unable to bring the car to anybody else without having to significantly affect my move and most likely would have suffered extreme hardship from the poor timing of this breakdown. The second best part is they didn’t wring me dry even though I was in an extremely vulnerable position. I could simply not recommend them more. THANK YOU!

This is an A1 shop, let's start by saying the customer service was amazing friendly also patient help me after hours my car drives better then I received it amazing work rate: 10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEY FIX MY PROBLEM AND MADE MY CAR DRIVE BETTER I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE.
