Went to get a smog, it didn't pass. I usually unhook the battery on this old pick up as I don't use it much. I totally forgot it needs to run for a while to reset the computer monitor, my bad. So when I was told this I remembered. Last time I just drove it around all day then returned to the last guy I used and it passed. When I told the guy I'd do the same and be back later he handed me a 10$ off card. I asked if he was telling me I'd have to pay a second time he said yes. I was so shocked I just took my DMV paper back and my receipt for 49 dollars I was charged for nothing. I drove it around and went somewhere else and it passed. I wasn't going there again to get charged again. They can see the monitors were off but still ran the test to get their money, they could have told me, so dishonest. After reading the reviews I see I'm not the only they did this to, wish I would have read the reviews before going there. Really poor way to treat customers.
