Exceptional Service – Saved our Road Trip! I had an incredible experience at AutoZone #0688 in Orosi. I’m visiting from Canada on a road trip and bought snow chains at the Modesto branch (#5699) for Yosemite. However, I lost my receipt and was panicking because we had already left Modesto and couldn't take the chains back home with us. A huge thank you to Ronaldo at the Orosi store! He was incredibly patient and proactive—he suggested calling the Modesto store to retrieve my transaction number. Thanks to his help and Alex, I was able to successfully return the chains. I also want to thank the team at Modesto AutoZone #5699 for their cooperation over the phone. Ronaldo and Alex turned a stressful situation into a great memory. Five-star service! Highly recommend this location!

GOOD MORNING, I Was broke down in my camry and was half way to Orange Cove. I called the Orosi Store and asked for Michael Gonzalez. I explained my issue and he came out with in 15 minutes and swapped out my battery. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!! Most other places never would have done that. THANK YOU, JON SMOLJAN
