The alternator in my truck went out while I was towing my horse trailer with my horse in it. John with Patterson Roadside Assistance was wonderful. He was at my truck with a new alternator within 45 mins of initial contact, and he had my truck put back together an hour later. The remaining 4 hours of my trip was with peace and confidence knowing that my truck was fixed correctly. I was so grateful my horse only spent 2 hours standing still in the trailer. Thank you John for your efficient, prompt, and thorough repair of my truck!
