Went to the store and asked the manager if they had iridium spark plugs and she said yeah and looked at me if I was lost. Then she had no knowledge about spark plugs because I asked her what’s the difference between the copper and the iridium and looked at me like I was stupid. Then she asked me if I just woke up and tried to embarrass me in front of the whole store. Manager was unprofessional and rude. Overall the employees provide good customer service but the manager is just straight up rude.

Review for February 13th 2022. Thank you so much guys for your customer. And your professionalism. I was able to borrow a caliper tool kit. Today I actually brought some used oil for recycling. The gentleman that helped me out was very professional and very nice to help me get rid of the oil. Thank you so much for having the service available for the customers.
