This towing company is amazing, I live in Davis and drove all the way to Plumas state park to stay for a week of camping, but then my car decided to stop working 20 minutes away from the park. Triple A was contacted and Dakota, our tow truck driver, came by to pick us up and Betty, my 2002 Camry, he was very nice and even said it wasn’t a big fix on my car and that is should be fine, which it is, kinda. After he dropped my car off at Sierra Garage in Portola he took time out of his day to drive me and my friend, AND our stuff to our campsite. What a lovely and dedicated driver. Definitely the best one if you ever get Dakota as your driver. Thank you so much Dakota.

Absolutely great service. I was locked out of my car. They sent someone over asap. Took my roadside assistance insurance and got me on my way. Turned a potential nightmare into a great customer experience. Caroline and Steve knocked it out of the park for me.
