My truck Broke down on I-405. Ryder r roadside service partner Road King Diesel came over for towing my tractor and 40ft trailer. The technician Edwin definitely did an amazing job with professional skills and customer service consciousness. He figured out properly hook up my trailer which was different than all other trailers he had done before. He also respected my advice about dropping off the trailer at our yard, then only the tractor to the shop. Really appreciate that since the shop was small and my customer waiting for the loaded trailer. He drove the tow truck carefully with attentions, safety first. The best manners on the road. He deserves my appreciation.

I called King Fleet after being left with an unfinished brake chamber install by another company in the LA area. They had a technician working on my truck in 90 minutes on a FRIDAY at 5PM..... If you know the LA area you already know how amazing that is.... the technician took about 10 minutes to complete the installation that the prior company failed to finish. The lady on the phone was sympathetic to my situation and suspended the road call fee saving me $150. That gesture shows sympathy from the company and I greatly appreciate it. If you are in the LA area I would suggest King Fleet as a good mobile fleet service.
