I don't live in the area but visit here a lot. I was running a few errands and the fob for my car was not registering. Figured it was the battery. Took a chance to walk in and ask if they might know where to get one...figuring they were specialty batteries. Two of the nicest ladies (and one mechanic!) came to my aid, helping me with opening the fob, determining the battery size, looking through the ones they had (and ordering the one I have since they didn't have it - for the next person) and sent me on my way to get the battery, knowing I could do it since they were so patient, kind and knowledgeable.They didn't need to help me. They could have sent me on my way since I clearly wasn't going to be a big spender at their establishment. I was so touched and impressed with the genuine desire to help. Excellent customer service can't be taken for granted these days but these folks have it. Kudos to you all, thank you (and I found the battery at WalMart and replaced it in the parking lot) thanks to you! If I ever need an autobody shop and am in the area, you have my business. Highly recommend!

I have been back to RSM Body Shop for every need on our vehicles. I will only go here as the service, trust, pricing and quality work are always consistent. Luisa is amazing and care about her customers and her staff is friendly and very helpful. I have come here numerous times for getting my wheels touched up, auto body work, and more. They are a jack of all trades and I HIGHLY Recommend them to anyone that cares about their vehicle and good-old-fashioned quality service and affordability.

I had an amazing experience with Luisa and her team at RSM auto body shop. I was hit by a DUI drive and my car back bumped near fixing. Her and her team are super thorough and went the extra mile to make sure my car was just like new. They handled all the insurance work as well and I didn’t have to lift a finger.
