I came here to quickly get my tire pressure looked at and left with a tire the same day! I pulled up to their team on my way to run errands and they quickly were able to review and help me with my tire pressure. Upon inspection I had a nail in my tire that couldn’t be patched. David came to help me see if they had a tire in stock. When he confirmed, he offered to get me through the process same day! I was so impressed with the quality of service, care, and attention David gave to me and my situation. People in customer service, especially auto centers, who care like David cares about service are hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back for shy future car care needs!

I arrived here at 2 p.m., and at 5 p.m. when I got a text message saying my car was ready, they told me they couldn’t open the hood. I went to the car, opened the hood myself, started the car — everything worked fine. In the end, they didn’t change the oil or do anything at all. The most irresponsible staff ever, I will never come here again!

Pulled up to this place at 5:44 to get a new tire & the person who I assume it the manager told me he couldn’t take anymore work for the rest of the night cause they have appointments booked yet there was no one in line & they only had one vehicle in the tire station that looked to be partially finished. In my opinion, the actions taken were unprofessional based on the situation specially cause he made a statement about if it just a repair they can do it which doesn’t make sense based on the fact that it take less time to swap a tire than it does to repair it.
