It was New Year's day and pouring rain on highway 101 when we ran over a screw and had a blowout in Windsor. The jack we had kept digging into the earth deeper and deeper. Called AAA and the dispatcher from Yarbrough Bros Towing promptly called us to determine our exact location. She sent Manuel, who arrived quickly with a large hydraulic jack. Even that was looking dicey, but Manuel knew it could hold and even showed us that we needed a special key to unlock the last nut which we didn't know as it's a new vehicle. He was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

If you’re looking for extortion, you’ve found the right place. Registration on my car was expired. Been having some issues fixing the car up to pass the smog, to get registration fixed. Was parked legally out front of my house. No tickets, no warning. They towed it anyway. Found it 2 days later and they wanted $1300 just to get it back, from the location 3 miles away they got it from. Then they told me if I “just PAY THEM $500, I could GIVE THEM my car and be done with it”, or else they will ruin my credit ?? How do you people sleep at night man lmao. I’d rather ruin my credit than give you guys a dime. Enjoy my broken down car

If I could give 0 stars I would. Second time I’ve attempted to have my car towed and triple a sent them. They called to confirm details and NEVER ONCE asked anything about my car other than what side the tire was flat. Show up after 2 hours to refuse to tow the car because it’s “lowered” barely half an inch if that and I’ve had the car towed multiple times by plenty of places on a dolly and flatbed so it’s definitely possible. Justin, the driver, didn’t even offer to help try and find a solution EITHER time he showed up for this job. If a “lowered” car is going to be an issue maybe ask if the car has modifications or is lowered (which I made the comment to whoever answered the phone the first time I had this issue) Why waste 2 hours of someone’s time and day.
