I appreciate what they do, but when I showed up to recycle my barely used 2 wheel walker, they said they didn’t want it that day. Nothing in their website said that. Looked like a wasted trip, and walker was headed to the dump, when a gentleman waiting in line said he would take it, as his mother could use it. I was more than happy to give it to him, and hope his mother puts it to good use. I had gotten the walker at Sutter hospital in Novato after hip replacement, so it was practically brand new, used about a week. I guess lesson is call ahead.

This place is a lifesaver and we appreciate the volunteers so much! My husband needed a walker, shower transfer chair, and a commode and we were able to pick these items up for free with one trip. Now that we're done with them, we cleaned them thoroughly and gave them back. We saved hundreds of dollars vs buying all of these items new. THANK YOU!!

I was in need of an extra walker, something we could just keep in the car. Just stopped to see what they had, not know what to expect. They offered a beautiful walker. Looked almost new!! What a wonderful place! Nice people and very efficiently run.
