Took my 2002 Taurus here, bad experience. Feel like I was conned. Repairs went on for a misfire for almost a year. Still didn't fix the problem. They straight up lied and said vacuum hoses were replaced, they were Not. Found an old friend who fixed the problem in 20 min. Guess what..... it was a vacuum hose. This place replaced and charged all kinds of unnecessary parts. Also, my air conditioning unit went out, they replaced it with a so called new unit which went out right after the warranty ended, (wow, what a surprise ). Who knows if it was a refurbished one or faulty installation. If that isn't bad enough, my elderly friend is Scott's friend for 30 yrs he says that recommended his shop to me, he took the car to him for me .I told him real friends don't RIP u off. I won't go back here if it was the last so call repair shop on this earth. Bad, bad, bad. If I could rate them 0, I would.
