I've worked with Gerber on two occasions, once when I was rear-ended and a second time most recently when a kid with a motor scooter side-swiped my car. The parent who took responsibility wanted me to go to his shop of choice and I insisted on going to Gerber. Thomas was very helpful and was able to come up with an estimate that matched the three other locations I had gone to. They did excellent work and it was done in a timely manner. Trina, who manages the front desk and communications was also excellent, she keeps you updated via phone or text at your preference and they work with to determine when you can drop off a vehicle and when you can pick it up. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who would ask.

My GTI was hit by an SUV, with only 10,000 miles on it I was devastated. I only wanted a shop with GTI/VW experience to fix this and after reading reviews for here I gave them a shot. From the very beginning they treated me with care and respect and made sure I felt at ease that they knew exactly how to care for this car and took all my concerns about the accident seriously. I am blown away by the results. My car looks better now than when I drove it off the lot with 3 miles on it. I got updates through the whole process so I always knew what was going on and they completed everything faster than originally expected. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know.
