Fixed it. They did exactly what their name says. Went in with an electrical issue (which I had THEM DIAGNOSE for me to be sure what it was exactly) and they (Andrew specifically) fixed it. I know that seems like a low bar for an auto repair shop but you’d be surprised… I recommend the folks at Fix It. Andrew is good people, professional, honest and fair prices. If you’re tired of your vehicle coming back from other shops with grease stains on the interior or new dents, scratches or other damage OR new/different problems then it went in with or, being upsold on work that isn’t needed… then give the people at Fix It a try. They did right by me and I AM VERY PICKY about who I let touch my truck. I prefer to do my own work BUT when I can’t I will likely use their services again. THANK YOU FIX IT FOR FIXING IT!!!

I had my Civic towed to this shop because the starter had died. Despite not having a new part in stock, they ordered, received, and installed it within 24 hours. They did give me the option of taking a cheaper, refurbished part if I couldn't wait for the new one. Although I didn't choose that option, I sincerely appreciated the offer, as it showed that they were being considerate of my time and needs. The labor cost was fair, and the service from everyone I spoke with was friendly.
