I cracked my rim and needed only one rim. I visited 3 different places (2 tires/rims shops and Costco) and the only choice was to buy 4 rims, which I did not want to do. Also, it would take 4 weeks to order the 4 rims from Costco. I found this place and decided to give it a try before heading over to the BMW dealership. I dropped by in person and was pleasantly surprised to find out they sold just one rim and they were able to order the exact rim that matched the rest of my rims. The staff were nice and professional and the owner Billy also gave me a tour of the warehouse, which was huge with hundreds of rims stocked up. I was able to get my rim quickly at 1 week instead of 4 weeks. Excellent customer service!
