Duncan is an absolute lifesaver a very respectful great human being. Very professional mechanic the attention to details mechanic. He saved my butt in an emergency situation and me a ton of money got my 2015 3500 6.7 Dodge Ram back on the road same day. He actually went out of his way stopped what he was doing was working on other customers vehicles to fix my truck that had broken down a mile away from his shop. My boss and I had driven from Klamath falls 6 hours away to Banks oregon to pick up metal roofing supplies from company down the street called" North American metals." Duncan was actually called by the North American metal company due to an emergency after we broke down in their front parking lot at closing time. Duncan was called referred to us by them thank God and quickly came down assessed the situation of my truck parts and the steering box bolts ? actually broke sheered off completely and we're missing. The steering box was hanging down broken could not move or steer or drive the truck. Duncan a very friendly mechanic immediately knew what to do actually drove around to several parts stores to find us the correct bolts and actually had to purchase a new steering box for the truck as well the bolts were to badly bent broken off inside the threads of the old original steering box. He actually drove to Hillsboro Dodge dealership parts dept to find the right set of bolts and bought them and later bought a new remanufatured steering box from Napa after closing time for Napa hours after realizing the bolts and steering box were no longer any good were junk parts non reusable. He not only got the correct parts for my truck in a hurry he actually cared enough for myself and my boss who is senior citizen if we were hungry wanted to go get dinner while we waited for him to fix my truck. He didn't hesitate to give us a ride down to the pizza parlor in his shuttle van so we could get dinner a place to relax as we really didn't eat anything all day after driving 6 hours from Klamath falls to pick up the roofing materials. My boss and I were just relieved grateful to be shuttled down to get dinner relax while he fixed my truck. He actually called again to see if we were ok and needed to get picked back up after we ate. So again he came down drove in his shuttle van stopped what he was doing working on my truck came picked us back up again and waited a little bit for him to finish working fixing the truck. He buttoned up finished replacing all the parts the truck needed and actually went through my entire truck in detail checking on everything to make sure truck was safe in good condition pointed out few things that will need attention in future like new front brakes, new front shocks, new front trac bar, new front steering stabilizer and topped off all the fluids which he didn't have to do. My boss and myself were very impressed by his work and thankful for his emergency work repairs we almost thought we're going to have to rent motel room but Duncan assured us he would get us back on the road back to Klamath falls to get back to our families and work. I can't say enough about Duncan his shop he saved us from huge headaches a nightmare fixed my steering box and we were back on the road again.The prices he gave us to fix the truck in this emergency mobile service was very reasonable affordable and couldn't be happier under the circumstances stress i was in. We truly appreciated Duncans Automotive for his professional work and highly recommend him for all your needs if you have a truck or car that needs fixing. Duncan went above and beyond for me and my boss put us at ease letting us know he was gonna be able to fix the truck as it was after hours late at night where every other shop was closed already. I give this company 10 stars highly recommend this company and Duncan and his mechanics he has working for him. Just great bunch of guys very professional. Thank you Duncan and God for saving my truck and our butts in an emergency situation not to mention shuttling us back and forth for dinner! 10 star service!
