Terrible Experience – Predatory I broke down on the freeway Saturday night and by Sunday my car had been towed less than 10 miles by Cascade Towing to their lot in Boring, OR. When I went to get it on Monday, they demanded $710, and warned me if I didn’t pay by 5 PM it would be another $100 every single day. By Thursday (my payday), the total should have been $1,010, but instead they charged me an outrageous $1,450. This is predatory, abusive, and feels like extortion. I’m a father of six, raising my kids alone after losing my wife. I work hard just to provide basic necessities like food, shampoo, and toilet paper. Instead of helping a community member in need, Cascade Towing drained my entire paycheck in one To make it worse, my car’s engine was blown and I still owe $10,000 on it. Another company, Trust Towing, stepped in and—after hearing my story—towed my car to Ford free of charge. That’s the difference between a company that cares and one that only sees people as a paycheck. Cascade Towing showed zero compassion, inflated their storage fees, and left me feeling robbed. I would never recommend them to anyone. But I will recommend Trust towing robbed real human beings that care about their communitie.

So far this company is fantastic. My car broke down on Mt Hood. Not sure what to do, I called Oregon police. They gave me a couple names and numbers. Skyler came to get my car, quicker than he said. What a wonderful person he is. Over the top communication and help. Im waiting at the hotel where Skyler dropped me off last night so I can be taken home to Tacoma. I will write more after I'm home! Home and so thankful. I can't thank this company enough. Start to finish a more than pleasant experience with my issue. Skyler also attempted to figure out what was wrong with my car. James had to hang out with me for several hours. He was also wonderful at making me feel like he had everything under control. This company does everything "Extra". Thank you Skyler, James and Bill. My issue was less stressful because of you.

My car was towed by Cascade Towing. It was a poor situation for me. I kept in touch with Bill and let him know my progress on getting my situation better so I could get my car back. He was gruff at first, considering the normal phone calls he probably gets, but he seemed to understand my plight. I went got my car back yesterday, and met up with Skyler. He was very courteous and prompt for our meeting. Bill worked with me extensively to help me out and I appreciate it. He even saved me a lot of money. Skylar was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I will definitely give them a call if I were to need the services they provide.
