I was referred to Factory Outlet Wheel by a former employee and had a great experience from start to finish. I called and spoke with Gemma, who was polite, professional, and gave me a clear quote of $175 over the phone. When I arrived, he explained the process and estimated about two hours for the repair. The job was completed in about an hour and a half. I asked for videos and pictures of the damage, and they gladly sent them to my phone so I could see exactly what was going on. I really appreciated that level of transparency. They also checked my other wheels at no charge to make sure there were no additional bends. The staff was kind, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I felt confident in the work they did and was very happy with the service. I would definitely return if I ever need wheel repair again.

Well it was an experience thats for sure. The actual wheel refinishing was great. All signs of curb rash is gone and they look ok. 6/10. My issue's start with customer service/quality check. Even though they were nice and understanding, picking up my car was a hassle due to lack of communication and time management. Took it in on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday maybe Thursday. Did not get it till Friday and had to change some plans I had. Also, they left one of my wheels not properly sealed which scared me for sure(had less than 10 psi when I got off work).I really hope I was just unlucky with their customer service which is why I still recommend them, just be ready for anything. Over-sprayed on one of the wheels. ?

Had a bad experience with a different shop in Portland, and Jim has taken the time to educate me, provide guidance on a proper solution, and in general has been a professional person to work with. I also met his others customers picking up their wheels, seen the quality of work, and talked with the other customers about this shops excellent reputation. Highly recommended and will be bringing them my next set of wheels.
