I had Manny come out today and rescue my daughter and he was amazing! We appreciate how he handled the situation. He was very polite, fast, efficient and got the job done. I wish I had the option to give 0 stars! The driver said it would take 10 minutes and when I called the driver to ask after 25 minutes of waiting how much longer? He said he just wouldn't come if it was a problem. Then all of a sudden he was there! He got out took pictures of my tires and my VIN number. Asked me what tire was flat. And then he walked away got into his truck and left. I was shocked. I personally wouldn't use them. Never have I ever had such an experience in my life! Funny that they say that they refused me service because they didn't bother to tell me that! All I did was ask how much longer after 25 minutes of waiting in the pouring rain alone in the dark. I'm a woman. These people tried to bill my insurance company for doing nothing.They immediately put in a claim to be paid by my insurance company. After doing absolutely nothing! They claimed to have changed my flat tire! I was able to stop the payment. Now they are being investigated by my insurance compan! It's one thing to refuse service to someone it's another thing to steal. They didn't get to steal from me because I stopped them!
