My AC clutch seized to the serpentine belt pulley at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night between Boardman and Arlington. My insurance companies roadside assistance program told me that there was nobody available in my service area and that I would have to Google assistance on my own. Sorry for the inconvenience! I went online and found J&S towing in Boardman, called, and Mike answered and said he would hop in the truck and tow me to Arlington where there was a good guy named Ben at T&S automotive in Arlington 18 miles away where my rig would be the safest place to leave it. He was there quickly and delivered my Suburban all within 1 hour. Then took me down to the Shell station where I was to meet my ride. High End towing Cost us 1500 for 141 miles Driver added what he called in and out miles Weekend fees And hook up/drop off charge after dispatcher told me a set price An extra 540 dollars They charged me $8/mile Driver told me they charge up to $10/mile We had kids in the car and was on the highway with a blown motor I'm glad we got home but they are completely ripping people off! Lol! Driver dropped me us off and started hitting on me while my boyfriend was getting his money. Stay clear of these creeps

Definitely arrived quickly and took less than 30 seconds. Charged $150.00 to unlock my truck becausei it was 15 minutes before 8 am...oh wait and an extra $9.00 cause I used a credit card. Nice guy, did great work just company gouges those in crisis.
