Lauren is an ANGEL!!! Don't doubt this! My husband and I were STRANDED between Sisters and Suttle Lake when our truck threw the serpentine belt. Fortunately for us we were able to pull over off of Highway 20 and landed at the gravel pull off on the road that leads to Camp Sherman. What a lucky break for us. We were off the Highway BUT we were towing our travel trailer and after a couple of conversations with AAA we found out we didn't have our travel trailer listed on our membership. So, they wouldn't help us with the travel trailer. Ugh! This is when we talked to Lauren at Oregon Towing & Transport LLC.. YAY LAUREN!!! He called and he arranged to rescue us from our current situation and towed us back to our house. Lauren was SO FRIENDLY and put my mind at ease when this trial was putting my nerves on edge. He went over and above with stories of his doggies and his life as he drove back to our house. On the way home he said that he could also have towed our trailer but we made arrangements with a friend to tow that back to our house. I don't normally leave reviews but THIS experience warranted it! People need to know about this company and especially Lauren with his kind and gentle nature. Lauren, YOU'RE THE BEST! THANK YOU!

This is 6 months too late after promising I'd write this review. I was stranded in La Pine after my EV ran out of juice and nowhere else to charge. He was the first one I called, sounded reasonable but wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. And he was and then some. It was already after 1 am but he was quick to arrive. Genuine nice and all-around good guy. He made you feel at ease. And for those who may be wondering, yes he may not have a flat bed but he reassured me that he could do a better job at towing it with his set-up. He knows his stuff like an artisan. The trip to Bend was not long and he could have just left me there to charge my car at the Walmart parking lot, but no he stayed around to make sure I was all set-up, the charging station was working, and that I have enough juice to work with before finally going home. Many stories were exchanged and it got so late that we even got a sighting of a wolf roaming. He spent so much time with me his other half had to keep calling to make sure he was okay. While I never got the reimbursement from the car company as hoped for after the fact, I must say that Casey was the right person I needed given my situation. Because of this, I was still able to make it to my early morning tour at Crater Lake hours later. And what a treat it was. Thanks Casey! I was filled with so much gratitude for the above-and-beyond hospitality and customer service, I paid him more than what we had originally agreed (and he gave me a deal to start). I'm glad we still have guys like Casey who can restore your faith in humanity while getting the job done right. I wish him continued success in his business and maybe he will make that battery charging idea happen someday :) If you're reading this and still wondering, yes he's the right man for the job no doubt. Please tip him good! p.s. hope racing is going well and that you're able to visit other states soon. thanks dude

Casey came within 20 minutes to replace my flat with the spare. Went out of his way to help, even though he’d been heading home. He was knowledgeable, gave me some tips, and got me on my way. Definitely recommend him and have his card for the future! Fabulous service. Thank you!
