Tim, the owner of Wagontire Towing and Recovery is a rare find nowadays. Not only was he cordial and fair, he also saw us through and dropped us off at the local La Grande inn. I highly recommend this towing company and really, to be honest, have never had another towing encounter as pleasant as this one. Thanks for saving the day for our family sir ??

Wagontire Towing did an excellent job helping us when our truck, towing a trailer, had a mechanical issue in Pendleton. He towed both, truck on tow vehicle - trailer in tow, to the dealership in Hermiston, and then dropped the trailer off at a local RV park. He was very professional, courteous and got us where we need to be as quickly as possible. It took him less time to solve our issue than it took for the insurance company to get him dispatched. He also listened to me explain the truck issue and mentioned that it was a common issue that could be resolved quickly by someone with mechanical skills. After researching his suggestion it was obviously the right solution. I appreciate the great service that he provided!
