Darrel was one of the most knowledgeable tow person that I have ever witnessed. My boat was missing a tire on one side due to a wheel bearing failure. Darrell showed great concern and was most cautious, appreciating my concern for my most prized inheritance from my dad, my boat. Darrell was very kind and professional during the entire process.
