Happy to pile on the raves - hunting with a friend in remote Eastern Oregon, while our son is always very prepared, rodents chewing up his engine wires was not anticipated. Mike and his spouse came to their (and 2 llamas with a trailer) towing rescue in deep snow, even thoughtfully bringing hay for the llamas. Their empathy, care and swift response averted what otherwise could've been a tragedy. Their follow up has been exemplary; our deep appreciation remains.

Can’t say enough great things about Mike’s. We were traveling through Joseph, 1000 miles from home, when the car started acting funny. Mike couldn’t fit us into his understandably busy work schedule but he took the time to read the trouble codes and recommend an accurate fix for us, saving us hours or days of troubleshooting. He even let me use his tools to swap out a part and continue on our way home. Then he followed up to make sure the codes were cleared and we were good to go. Nicest guy you’ll ever meet, and a brilliant mechanic. His staff were super friendly and helpful too.

Mike is a great guy. Though I showed up with a steering issue, and although we couldn't resolve it at that time, Mike took the time out of a very busy day to try and help a stranger. If you ever need assistance in a repair or a tow, call Mike!
