I had a led brake light out on my rv. Not knowing if it was a fuse or the led unit. Mark came out with tools and discovered the connector was bad. He set me up with the parts and tools, and explained how to repair the fault. Excellent customer service. I have no idea what this would have cost me at an rv repair shop. Thank you. Jim

Great customer service and super knowledgeable. I came in bc my windshield wipers decided they didn’t want to work anymore, lol. 5 stars all around!!! They gave me a little space to wander and then knew they EXACT moment to ask if I needed help. Needed an oil filter and some new windshield wipers. I was checked out with products in hand in under two minutes. The lovely gal offered to put my windshield wipers on and the big boss offered to come over to help while on his lunch break. Just an overall easy and painless experience. I walked in anxious, and within about 6 minutes walked out empowered! Thanks guys!!!!
