He went above and beyond — walked me through everything, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and even packed everything up neatly in a box to go. Service sucks, customers wait forever. I was in the store for 25 minutes, no body cared enough to see me. Kept telling me I have more important things to take care of first. 3 people walked out of the store without paying. Newport Napa at night is now free range for free stuff for anyone who likes free stuff! Have at it.
