Went to Universal Batteries in need of a few for our big company truck that were on special order everywhere else I called to. The guys had the 3 I needed, at a better price than everyone else told me, and they came with a 1 year warranty. These guys saved our hides today and are grateful to have a new battery supplier for our rig. Thank you to the guys at Universal Batteries Inc.!

Called yesterday to see if they carry full throttle battery for our sand rail. We’re in a pinch and needed one within the week and no shops anywhere within in 2 hour radius had any. I saw one listed on marketplace and called the number on the listing. They answered the phone and told me to send a picture of the battery I was looking for and he will double check. He called me right back and said there was one available and that he will hold it for me. When he found out we were driving from over an hour away he helped us with a discount too. The next morning my husband drove up there to get it and before selling it to him the guy I spoke to the previous day(I think is his name was Lalo-probably spelling it wrong) called me to confirm it was us that was picking it up before selling it to someone else. Such a nice thing to do!!! They explained to us why our previous battery was dying so quickly and gave us tips to prolong the life. HIGHLY recommend. Amazing customer service.

Lalo was amazing! He truly helped me out last minute and gave me a great deal on my battery! He was so informed and detailed. Really took care of me after my battery just died on me out of no where.
