I just want to take a moment to share a wonderful experience for me and my family while visiting Humboldt County on Jan 2025 to see the redwoods along Avenue of the Giants parks. My car stalled and after a jumper start, we headed to one of the only places I knew where I could possible get some help - drove to Napa Auto in Garberville, CA where a nice man name Adrian came out to our car to help us determine that it was nothing more than a loose battery terminal connection. Adrian came back out with a wrench and quickly fixed the problem. We are very grateful towards Adrian in Napa Auto, Garberville, CA location for his kindness and expert help - AND, for saving our weekend getaway.

It's a pretty good auto parts store, but I'm giving only 3 stars because they let people in without masks. They do have a barrier up at the checkout, but it's too high to be effective. They have the door propped open and a fan is running for air circulation, but it's only effective around the entrance.. not at the back of the store. They need to enforce the mask policy. I did not feel safe shopping there.
