Harbin Hot Springs is such a special place. The campgrounds are peaceful and well kept - we snagged a platform by the river. There are lots of pools to enjoy, from cold plunges to warm soaks and jacuzzis. I also joined the morning water yoga class, which was amazing. The teacher volunteers, so it’s a nice gesture to bring a tip. Overall, it’s a beautiful and calming spot to recharge, whether you’re there for a few hours or overnight.

Harbin is my favorite sanctuary. I go often and it is consciousness church. I soak in sauna and the hot cold pools as much as possible. Paired with inner work and it’s a game changer. I just love it here! The super hot pool is my favorite and the upper cold plunge area is so beautiful! If you go you have to walk to the cafe the back way and see the the giant fig tree root system, it is magical. The cafe has awesome food choices at very reasonable prices. The 3hour pass is perfect for me, I go a few times a month and it’s my favorite self care place.
