The California Cavern State Historic Park is a great place to go tour a large cavern. It is in a more isolated location, but the tour was about 45 minutes long and the cave had many unique rooms and features. Highly recommend if you want to go caving in the area and I personally had an awesome tour guide, Cash.

Interesting place. The cave tour was cool and informative. The private business that administers the site runs a gift shop with snacks and souvenirs. Panning for gold and hosting of parties and weddings seemed available. Plans seemed to be in the works to incorporate horseback riding in the near future as well.

Carley was such a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. She answered every question and was mindful of my friend's slower and more careful pace as she was unable to take her cane inside. My 6 year old son was also able to participate and ask good questions and Carley was engaging with him as well. All in all 10/10 experience
