I used roadside assistance so I can't speak to pricing, but the service is definitely worth all five stars! They arrived within 20 minutes of my call to insurance, texted a tracking link, called with ETA update, and even gave us a ride home as it was within a mile from where we broke down. And the service was top tier! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer care experience throughout.

These guys were amazing they were fast and efficient. My grandfather got ran off the road about a week ago and we called around but Puddle Jumper was the only ones with a decent ETA and resonable price, they got there quick and pulled him right out of the ditch with absolutely no additional damage. The tow driver was very respectful and clean and the tow truck was very clean as well Thank you Puddle Jumper towing for all your help!!!

Driver was amazing!!! Not only did he climb under my truck in gravel to manually put it neutral when my linkage cable broke but then climbed back under to take pictures to make sure I knew the problem before taking it to the shop. Great service and much appreciated!
