Prices subject to change means they're always higher than what their website says. I waited around for 5 minutes with workers staring at me after going to the spot I was told to go to. Finally a loader drives up and the driver was rude. He also wanted me to pay cash to him instead of the office, what kind of business is this? This is only the second time I've gone here and both times the prices they said were higher than their website. It's 2024, it's not hard to update a website.

Will not buy from JB again. Ordered 2 cord in September. Did not get delivery until February! Apparently a machine broke down but they never called to tell me my order would be late. Only communications was when I called them every month or 2. Driver missed the drop off area by a little then proceeds to ram the wood into place with his truck. No skin off my back but left broken pieces of tail light covers in the pile. The pile is FULL of little tiny junk wood and barkdust I had to clean up. Two full-size garbage cans worth. I don't mind some extra kindling but this was ridiculous and messy . All of which I could have forgiven had I gotten a full two cord but I filled my 1.5 cord shed and that was it.... Only gave a second star because the kiln dried oak really is good stuff.
