We found we had a flat while in the parking lot of the AAA office. I asked the staff to call for road service which they did gladly. They were very helpful. It turned out that the AAA service truck would be over an hour, so I started changing my tire myself. When the AAA office close, two of the staff came over and helped me. They also called a local tire store to make sure they wait for us and repair the tire. The AAA staff, Mark and Sean, went over and above anything I expected. They were wonderful.

I was stuck on the side of a very desolate 2 lane hwy which was 24 miles away from ANYTHING as it was getting VERY dark... With my toddler as my back up ? AAA came through as always. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as was the tow truck driver. I almost put 4 stars because the time for the tow truck to arrive was twice as long as I was told it would be, but again I was in the middle of nowhere...
