Hey I've had a few good experiences here. But today was a really fantastic experience. I stopped in becsuse I was in town and thought I'd just browse. A helper named MATT came up and put his things down and really helped out with information and we found a transformer I needed for my grandma. Was not expecting that. He also gave me a sweet deal. I recently contacted the Rebuild It Center about a $20 drill I saw advertised on their Facebook page. In my message, I asked if they'd consider gifting it to me in the spirit of the holiday season, and they agreed. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they changed their mind and said they couldn't give it away. Instead, they offered me a 50% discount if I volunteered my time. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I left feeling disappointed by the lack of transparency and follow-through.
