I had the most excellent experience here! How I found this place : shortly after I moved to San Diego (over 2 years ago) , I had a problem with my car(2017 BMW 330i). As I have been impressed with the service department at BMW Las Vegas, I thought that BMW San Diego would have had the same high quality standard. After they broke my well maintained car even more(there is a google review for that) and wanted to charge ridiculously high fees, they ended up fixing it on their expense. I was in search of a car repair/maintenance shop in case of emergency repairs. Long story short -RAE auto repair was highly recommended back then and I kept their number. Few weeks ago, the engine light on my car came on. It was worth to drive to Ramona from San Diego . Top notch service - The staff is extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the issue with my car in details, gave me a fair and transparent estimate, and completed the work efficiently ( in 4 hrs) and fixed my car. What I really appreciated was that they are straightforward, their trustworthy advice and quality work, hospitality. You can tell they truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for a reliable auto repair shop with great service, honest and fair pricing, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!- Thank you so much

RAE dis a great job replacing both of my fuel pump as well as a complete rebuild of my front end suspension. The car drives like new. The entire staff is top notch and gives dealer-grade service right here in town. Highly recommend them.

My 02 Mercedes was originally a new England vehicle, so it has definitely seen better days. RAE has worked on my car a couple times and each time I leave satisfied. No matter the amount of work I need done, they are always willing to help as best they can. The only reason ive needed multiple visits is because the car is a bit of a junker haha.
