Bought a motor from them for my 2001 corolla (1.8L 69,000 miles), they shipped it to Boring, no one told me it arrived, I had to call to verify. Received motor and got it home. Needed the 3 day weekend to install. Found out they sent me a broken block, exhaust cover was ripped apart, and all wires cut instead of unplugged, no accessories (alternator, belt tensioner), I had to send motor back and found someone else with a cleaner motor with only 20,000 miles for $300 dollars less). I won't use this company if I can help it. They did refund my full amount which was a positive experience, which brought them to 3 stars.

Now this place is the best I love going there always can get what I need and if not they can get in delivered in a few days. Very helpful and friendly Ken is customer service and very helpful definitely give those guys a shot.

Bought a part that was shipped from there California location. No where did it show or was I told about there return policy. They shipped the wrong part, but by the time I could get in for someone to look at it a little over 30 days had passed. They did not want to return it even though it's their mistake. After a lot of complaining they gave me a partial refund. Better than nothing, but I still think I should have received a full refund due to it being there screw up and no police on any paperwork. 60 days like I assumed is not unreasonable. There supposed to be the professionals.
