I can not tell you how awesome these guys were! After some mistakes on my part, these guys came and saved the day! They got there quickly, got me to the tire shop quickly, and did their best to make this as easy, affordable, and safe. I am so appreciative that they came and got my mother and I and did it with kindness and empathy. Definitely will be calling them for any future towing help I may need.

We were in a car accident that totaled our car near Kirkwood. We were stranded in a blizzard on a closed highway. Thank god for Mike from Up Country. He went above and beyond to help us. After our car was dropped us off at the tow yard at night, he recommended a local motel a few miles away. He dropped us off with all our gear afterwards, and also helped locate the nearest car rental place for the next day. He helped mitigate an extremely stressful situation. I wish him the best of luck in becoming a CHP officer.

Sprung a major oil leak while on the upward grade on 88 just past Silver Lake. Luckily able to quickly pull over onto Tragedy Springs. Of course, there is no cell phone service in that area, but a passing Forest Service Ranger stopped and was able to coordinate a tow truck from Up Country Towing. Unbelievably, Up Country committed to a 30 minute time frame of arrival as we thought we would be stuck for hours. Up Country driver Michael came to our rescue AND in the 30 minute window which is amazing!! Michael was professional, respectful and most of all truly intent on providing a quality customer service experience for us. He drove us to our home safely and then dropped our truck at Amador Automotive. Michael texted a photo of the truck parked in a well lit area, texted the receipt and including information on how to get reimbursed from our insurance company. Michael truly epitomizes the meaning of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
