I ordered an Oven. UPS damage it and disposed of it. No problem right? Just tell the shipper and show proof they will send a new one or refund me. Right? Nope. They kept saying they need an investigation. I explained they just need to call ups and shared photos of the tracking info. No need for investigation UPS is happy to tell them what happened. I know cause I called them. They said I need to pay them to ship another while they figure out what happened. Again. We know what happened they just needed to call ups. After 7 days of emails and calls they finally called. Only to inform me i now needed to wait for their insurance investigation. I tried to explain that has nothing to do with me. I just need the oven for my customer they leave in a few weeks. They didn't care. At one point Bill told me to "keep pushing the rock up that hill" like dude you are the rock. Just send me a new one or refund me. Matt the shipper was going to call me back but never did. Lorrie was "in the hospital, and the only one who can help me." Was unwilling. I decided to buy from camping world. I reported them to my bank cause I don't believe they will ever make right. Other reviews state they have issues with service and it is true. The issues with sending refunds is true as well. Avoid at all costs.

I just drove 45 minutes to get to affordable RV and to return apart. I arrive 10 minutes before their closing time when I pulled up somebody turned off the open line after I was parked and pulled down the door locks. Worst experience of my life worst customer service ever.

These people really wanted me to be happy with my online order. I ordered a door which came with a broken lock and I was able to get an updated handle that better suited my needs. Thanks a lot!
