Very disappointing experience. We agreed on $900 to tow my truck to TA Petro. After arriving, they said they couldn’t drop it there and instead took it to their yard, charging an additional $400 plus storage fees without prior agreement. They then put my truck on wheels, and I was unable to get it down. I was charged another $600 just to put it down from the wheels. Poor communication and unexpected charges made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

They took down all of our information including credit card info and assured us that they would show up at 7am it’s now 9am and still waiting. We called Plaza Towing back to find out what was going on they told us that we didn’t answer so we didn’t get serviced. After agreeing to get towed and giving credit card with an ETA for pickup we still waited. This is not okay! (Finally showed up after 10am.)
