Art was incredibly kind and helpful. I rolled my vehicle on black ice a few days ago - 9 hours from home & 13 hours from my family that my little boy and I were going to visit, and Art picked up and towed our damaged Tahoe. He was kind and very personable on the ride back, which made all the difference in the world immediately following such a traumatic event. Speaking to him, he takes great pride in his company, and gave me advice on various shops and the reality of the damage to the vehicle and likelihood of repair, discussing fairly with me the amount of damage and whether trying to fix my beloved vehicle would be a wise financial move (his advice, which was seconded by the amazing repair shop he towed me to, was that it was not the most financially wise decision, even giving me a ballpark of what to expect cost-wise should I choose to proceed with wanting to fix it). I pass through Klamath multiple times a year, and should I ever need a tow again for any reason, his company will be the first I contact.

Amazing service. Driver Travis arrived within a few minutes of calling and handled everything with speed and grace. It was like watching Liberace dance across the piano keys. But seriously, this company is AWESOME.

This is the review I just gave to AAA- The tow truck driver (David) was amazing! He had to go through a lot of effort to get my car on their truck from the location parked. He was patient and professional. My driveway he had to drop the car (3 hours away) is VERY challenging and he did it with ease. Very polite and good at his job. Works for a local KFalls tow company named M & C Towing. They should be happy to have him on their team.
