I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from. This is the worst place ever. Last year we had to take on two different occasions two different trucks to be worked on. We were on a great job with them. Each time we took them it was a good month of being out of service because of the service department. They really are horrible. The salesman that we purchased our two trucks from was really nice at the beginning but then totally dropped the ball every time it came to service on the trucks. We have moved to another state and have had to purchase different parts for these trucks and the price on the parts are at least half of Western Peterbilt. Will never go to that location again!

Had to get the fan clutch fixed on my truck. The service department got me right in and did fast work. It ended up costing my company less than the original quote and the employee's are very friendly.

They hooked it up. . Was having some issues with my tractor and they took care of it everyone in there was totally cool friendly professional and the driver's Lounge was absolutely spotless clean if my truck had to break down again I hope it's near these guys
