If your car ever breaks down in DTLA, don’t beat the bush around and call these guys. My car broke down last night and I was feeling hopeless because it was in the middle of DTLA on Friday night. I called literally 6 places before and they were all closed. My another concern was mechanic shops being closed and I was parked in an illegal spot. When I called this number, it was the first place where an actual human answered (actually an awesome human, JC) and he told me that he has a mechanic shops being closed partnered that could take my car straight to. On top of that! They gave me a fat discount on towing since I was using their partnered shop. I wanna thank JC and their team for saving my ass!

I am a resident at an apartment complex that needed a car towing in the middle of the night because a car was parked illegally in my spot. They refused to tow the illegally parked car because the management or security needs to sign off on it, but management is obviously closed at this hour and I don't understand why a security guard needs to call them to tow the car. It's my spot and I needed the service. I lease that spot, pay for that spot and can definitely prove it, but they were adamant.
