I wish I could put Zero stars. These guys can’t count , they should go to school and learn arithmetics! Towed my pick up truck with 36 ft trailer and counted as Heavy Duty, when the weight of it together is 15 000 pounds! So they said it’s the weight of semi truck with trailer ! How?? If semi truck with trailer weight is 35 000 pounds!! When Ivan, who is working there, counted the weight - he said 5000 trailer + 13000 pounds Pick up truck = 20 000 pounds! First - 5000+13000=18 000 pounds, not 20 000. Second - my pick up truck is 10 000 pounds and trailer is 5 000 pounds ! I know it for sure, cause I do CarHauling Business! In next review I will take photo of the CAT Weigh, and we will see who can count here! That’s just the Half of my experience with them! The business which is build on Police calls and Parking Enforcement will never have natural growth and prosperity!

We have live footage of them, taking down my camera, improperly, towing our RV project with live audio, showing just how dishonest and careless they were. We have satellite monitoring of the exterior and on the interior live footage showing their dishonesty. I called to confirm damage and they used every tactic to try to delay me to get me to go to different locations while potentially trying to retroactively alter the RV, not knowing that we have full monitoring they all made claims of requiring a release before inspecting to confirm damage until I let them know we were recording all calls then they instantly changed what they were saying very dishonest business. Keep monitoring system systems on your vehicles. They will disable them and they will go through your storage compartments. We took video on site of the storage compartments that were gone through and we took a video of the condition recorded all calls. Once they realize their lies were being monitored. They started just hanging up on you. My three partners and I have been communicating with them all day we have all had the exact same experience. They are very dishonest. It is a wonder that they were able to do business with the police. It is such an entirely easy case to prove since we have interior, live monitoring an exterior live monitoring. All they had to do was be honest, and we could have forgiven the slip ups, but the dishonesty upon calling them cemented that they do not operate with integrity.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding damage to my vehicle (2014, Mercedes Benz ML350) after it was towed by your company on 10/02/2025. When I picked up my car on 10/03/2025, I immediately noticed issues that were not present before: -Vehicle sensors are malfunctioning -Doors are not locking/unlocking properly -Rearview mirrors no longer fold as usual I believe these problems occurred during the towing process. Please advise on how you will resolve this matter. I am requesting an inspection and compensation for the damages caused. Which shows that my car was either damaged or tampered with during the process. I want to make it clear that I will also be filing a lawsuit for having my car searched without my consent and for the damages caused to my vehicle. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect accountability for the harm done. If Viertels Tow Company ever tows your car, record everything. My car was towed after I was arrested, and when I picked it up the mirrors were folded and there was damage. The driver denied any responsibility. I submitted a complaint the same day of pick up, but they never did anything about it, no response, no follow-up, nothing. It shows how little they care about how they handle people’s cars. So here’s my advice: 1. Take videos and pictures before and after the tow. 2. Inspect your vehicle carefully before leaving their lot. 3. Don’t let them rush you or refuse to document damage. People deserve accountability, not excuses. Viertels Tow Company clearly doesn’t care about that.
