I came here for a smog check with their $10 off website coupon despite being a little out of the way for me. Friendly service but a bit disorganized, and there's a lot going on....smog, gas buyers, super small mini-mart, and auto repairs. It took about an hour with just 1 car ahead of me. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't. I've had a much faster experience -- like 15 mins. -- at a smog test-only business without all the other distractions. 3 stars based on not being as quick as I typically experience elsewhere.

Second and last time going here. Went in for an inspection before a road trip (which I mistakenly disclosed) and I believe they used this information to provide an exorbitant quote based on my timing and needs. I have received estimates from thousands lower elsewhere based on their inspection report. I ended up paying just for tire and air filter replacements per their recommendations, but still had to pay for the inspection fee which they said was waived if I went with them for services. No minimum was provided for how much I’d need to pay from them for services. Honestly fine paying it because of how much I’ll save elsewhere but there was no transparency upfront. My first time in, they recommended I change my serpentine belt because it was “dry”. I took a look and it appeared fine, they did not have anything to say about it this time meaning they either tried to upsell me the first time or gave an incomplete inspection this time. The last straw was that it was raining all day and when I got my car from where it had been parked, I saw that the window had been left open and the inside was wet. I’ll be going elsewhere for services from now on, everything else aside, this was very unprofessional.

Well, I had to get a smog check and I asked if they were available the day after Christmas. They took me in at 8 o’clock right away without an even having an appointment. They were accommodating and professional. They ended up changing out my six-year-old battery, which was really needed and did an oil change and they were very proactive and even ordered a Delco battery for my subaru, for they did not want me to be disappointed. Thanks guys I’ll be back.
