I ordered a new fuel pump via the O’Reilly Auto Parts website at a reasonable price and within a week I was able to install it with little trouble. Hint: Make sure you have the wire harness to the fuel pump wired properly and test it so you don’t have to drop the tank twice. Fortunately that process is not that bad on this rv. As far as I know this is the original fuel pump and it lasted 22 years. I replaced it because it was whining but still functioning. The website was convenient but if I need something quick and in a hurry there’s a local OReilly Auto Parts Store near me too.

I regret that I did not get the names of people who helped me, because I had one of the best experiences that I’ve had at any business recently when buying an engine from you guys, I got lots of clear communication, good pricing, and they sent me pictures Of the engine prior to shipment as well as pictures of inside the oil pan. I got good pricing on the part And good pricing on the shipment. At this point, I couldn’t be happier, thank you guys again. (I bought the engine from the 1993 Isuzu trooper in case you guys can use that to figure out who helped me)

Test drove a vehicle and asked for a trade price on my car and a sell price for the vehicle. Was told I was required to provide my social security number to see the prices, I did not ask for financing so this was not for a credit app. Salesperson told me this was Nevada state law. Was told initially that they do not mark vehicles up then told that if I did not purchase that day there would be a $5000 mark up. I recommend going elsewhere.

These gentlemen have the best Customer Service skills I have witnessed in a long time! They love their customers, their jobs, they treat you like Family and welcome you every time! Prices are affordable and reasonable, and they have a good selection of scrapped vehicles from Japanese, American, and other imported brands. Ordered Royal Purple oil online for pickup and 4 minutes later received an email indicating my order was canceled with zero explanation and that I would receive a refund within 48 hours!!Prior to this I found an engine air filter that showed available for pickup, drove to store and they did not have. Not cool with gas at all time highs!

R God daughter wrecked her car found them online had the appropriate part I needed. They said it was a grade A condition, was actually more like a grade C condition, but still usable shipping was moderate would recommend if necessary 👌

This place is great - typically i pick up steel at PDM, but no more. Reno Salvage cuts to spec for no additional charge and does not charge for the +/- material off of the 20' spec size. great customer service and significantly cheaper than PDM for steel. great company and great people.

Bought 2 used alternators for two of my cars and few months ago and still works great. Cheap prices for good quality used items. Front desk lady is super nice & made it easy to find items that I might need for future projects. 10/10 recommend this shop

This is the most unorganized, incompetent, store and employees I've ever dealt with in my 45 years. Plan to wait 20 min in line for 1 object and on top of that being short-changed. Ridiculous! Be aware of this store. It truly sucks. NO NEED TO CUT COPY AND PASTE THAT STUPID RESPONSE ON EMAILING CUSTOMER REVIEWS FROM THE SO CALLED OWNER. I'M NOT GOING TOO.

Jason and Pete were a breeze to work with. Got back to us in 5 minutes with a quote and in under 30 Jason arrived with the tow truck. The money was sent via cash app. Honestly Jason was a little awkward but it didn't bother us much, he was perfectly nice and professional. Thanks for making the process so easy guys! As soon as I got there Little John help me himself. We found the donor and he picked it up with his big forklift and brought it to the shop where he cut off the part I needed. It was a awesome vist.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I got the runaround with so many people telling me different things. After being told I needed to sign my title exactly as printed on my title, I did as I was told. I thought it was weird that I had to sign prior to the purchase anyway, but I did it. When I submitted the title to them, they told me that I should not have included my middle initial and that I would have to fill out a correction form. They told me that they would send me the appropriate document to correct it, so I was expecting a correction affidavit, but instead, I was sent a power of attorney released for the vehicle. It took me 1 1/2 days to finally be transferred to somebody who took care of something for me after being asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager several times. Every single person I spoke to except for the last person (management or whatever) told me something wrong, different or untrue. Long story, short, after much protest, they accepted the title as it is and never sent in the power of attorney form. This whole process was way too long and very stressful. I think majority of the people that work there are not properly trained, they’re not on the same page, the whole company is a wreck. I will not be doing business with them again. The only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one is that the car was finally picked up and a check was written out to me. They completely lowballed me, and I knew that. I decided to go with Cash 4 Cars rather than selling it personally due to it being an easier route. I was wrong. Train your employees and get everybody on the right page. Beware and good luck to any future customers.
